FACT: In 2013, 1,122 Australians received an organ donation through the generosity of 391 organ donors and their families.

However, we are seeking your help to do more.
 
Our aim is to encourage all Australian families to discuss and know each other’s donation decisions.
 
To assist you in promoting this important message during DonateLife Week we are  pleased to provide:
  • The DonateLife Week Tool Kit: this resource provides more information about DonateLife Week as well as resources including newsletter article templates, media release templates, social media posts and images that you could use on your Facebook and Twitter pages, newsletters, websites or when hosting a ‘Have the Chat’ event.
  • A Fact Sheet on â€˜How to have the discussion about organ and tissue donation’ which is a useful guide to help people initiate the conversation about organ and tissue donation with their families. This is available in Arabic and English.
